Abstract Text | There is a big difference in the level of information between advisor and client in the field of financial advisory. Recent studies state that customers are dissatisfied with the advisory and assess the trustworthiness as low. The focus of this thesis is on the reduction of the information asymmetry between client and advisor. The integration of additional information sources should lead to better information transparency and higher confidence as well as satisfaction. The analysis comprises the requirements of the financial advisory and the client's preferences for information sources. Appropriate methods help to match convenient information sources to different client types. Based on this analysis, an artifact is built, with which the hypothesis is validated, whether the integration of additional information sources leads to higher customer satisfaction. This evaluation is implemented with empirical tests. |
