| Abstract Text | In an ideal world technology serves human beings who can only benefit from the use of the technology. In the real world the use of technology sometimes is contradictory and causes friction. Friction causes a decline in performance. This diploma thesis reports on an experiment that examines in the impact of unlimited availability and information filtering on the user of smartphones. And a task-perspective is proposed for the further investigation into mobile work performance. |
| Zusammenfassung | In einer idealen Welt können Menschen von der Benutzung von technology nur profitieren. In der realen Welt ist die Verwendung immer wieder widersprüchlich. Diese Widersprüche sorgen für eine Art Reibung und Spannungen, welche eine Abnahme der Arbeitsleistung zur Folge haben können. Diese Diplomarbeit präsentiert die Resultate eines Experiment, das den Einfluss von unbeschränkter Erreichbarkeit und Informationsfilterung auf Benutzer von Smartphones untersucht. Zusätzlich wird eine Aufgabensicht entwickelt, die für weiter Untersuchungen in diesem Gebiet empfohlen wird. |
