| Abstract Text | At the Departement of Informatics of the University of Zürich, a team under the lead of Christoph Göth is working on a game for Pocket PC’s called mobileGame. With this game, new students can become acquainted with the environment of the University in a playful and easy way. This mobileGame already contains different functionalities which help the players to orientate themselves. One of these functionalities locates the player and shows his position on the Pocket PC. This diploma thesis has expanded these functionalities by a new efficient and clear visualization of the track. The players can select various visualizations to see their track on the Pocket PC. |
