| Abstract Text | The following dissertation is an introduction into the theoretical bases of evaluations at universities and colleges. It provides instructions for the successful realisation and analysis of surveys. A prototype developed in the year 2002, and a market analysis of online questionnaire systems, define the implementation requirements for the evaluation environment in the MIO diploma studies. The dissertation is presenting and documenting the development of the evaluated background, which is integrated into the MIO learning facilities in the shape of lecture assessments. Questionnaires can be individually created with the Questionnaire Editor and subsequently be made available to a specified circle of participants. A tracking system is delivering detailed information to the people responsible for the survey. It comprises data regarding the current status of a specific opinion poll. Tabular, graphical and statistical aids are supporting the evaluation of the actual data. Automatically generated invitations and reminders enable an autonomous procedure. |
| Zusammenfassung | Diese Diplomarbeit führt in die theoretischen Grundlagen von Evaluationen an Hochschulen ein und liefert eine Anleitung zur erfolgreichen Durchführung und Auswertung von Befragungen. Eine Marktanalyse computergestützter Befragungssysteme und ein im Jahre 2002 erstellter Prototyp, definieren den Anforderungskatalog einer elektronischen Evaluationsumgebung für den MIO Diplomstudiengang. In dieser Arbeit wird die Entwicklung dieser Evaluationsumgebung, die als Lektionsbeurteilung in die MIO Lernumgebung integriert wird, vorgestellt und dokumentiert. Mittels Fragebogeneditor können individuell gestaltbare Fragebögen erstellt werden, die anschliessend einem definierbaren Teilnehmerkreis in Form einer Umfrage bereitgestellt werden. Ein Trackingsystem informiert die Umfrageverantwortlichen detailliert über den aktuellen Erhebungsstand und zur Datenauswertung stehen tabellarische, grafische und statistische Hilfsmittel bereit. Automatisch generierte Einladungsund Erinnerungsmitteilungen ermöglichen einen autonomen Betrieb der Anwendung. |
