| Abstract Text | Project management skills are required in most occupations given. Therefore this topic is high on the agenda of people who are looking for a job as well as students leaving the university. Unfortunately the knowledge about it is widely spread and not always accessible for everyone. Concerning the learning process it should be fast and inexpensive. This thesis shows different ways to gather knowledge about project management by giving simple, theoretical founded rules which can be used in everyday project management. With the help of these rules an educational computer game about project management will be build. This will then serve as a tool to educate people about project management. |
| Zusammenfassung | Heutzutage sind bei den meisten Arbeitsstellen Kenntnisse in Projekt Management gefordert. Dies macht das Wissen über Projekt Management zu einem wichtigen Aspekt für Stellensuchende und Studenten, welche sich in absehbarer Zeit auf dem Arbeitsmarkt behaupten müssen. Unglücklicherweise ist dieses Wissen nicht umfassend an einem Ort erhältlich und nicht für alle zugänglich. Ausserdem sollte der Lernprozess möglichst schnell und kostengünstig abgewickelt werden. Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit zeigt verschiedene Wege auf, wie Wissen über Projekt Management gesammelt werden kann. Dies geschieht mit Hilfe einfacher, theoretisch fundierter Regeln, welche im Projektalltag angewendet werden können. Diese Regeln werden in einem Computerspiel über Projekt Management implementiert, um damit Leute in Projekt Management auszubilden. |
