| Abstract Text | The success of knowledge transfer is crucial in the area of knowledge management. Not only companies in outsourcing-relations have the need of successful knowledge transfer. Organizations have the need of successful knowledge transfer too in order to create market advantages. This thesis introduces a graph-based knowledge browser for a CMS to support the topic of knowledge transfer by providing „shared material“ for generating knowledge and providing easy access to knowledge by visualizing knowledge as associative networks. Knowledge is presented as graph or radial layout in hyperspace. Web 2.0 technologies like AJAX and SVG are used for the implementation. |
| Zusammenfassung | Der Erfolg von Wissenstransfer ist im Bereich des Wissensmanagements von kritischer Bedeutung. Nicht nur Unternehmen in Outsourcing-Beziehungen sondern auch innerhalb der Organisation ist Wissenstransfer für die Generierung von Wettbewerbsvorteilen entscheidend. Diese Diplomarbeit befasst sich mit der Implementierung eines Graph-basierten Wissensbrowsers und die Integration in ein CMS wie Wikipedia, um auf dieser Basis ein Wissensportal zu schaffen und im Sinne des „Shared Materials“ Wissen zu generieren und durch die assoziative Netzwerkstruktur einfach zugänglich zu machen. Das Wissen wird als Graph oder im Radial Layout im Hyperraum dargestellt. Dabei werden Web 2.0 Technologien wie AJAX und SVG für die Umsetzung verwendet . |
