| Abstract Text | The management of explicit and implicit knowledge and its transfer within software development projects is still a big challenge for project management. It is therefore of great importance to store and display this knowledge in a suitable manner, enabling the efficient and fast access to it in future projects. In this context, the main objective of this work lies in the improvement and acceleration of future participants' knowledge-based processes on the 360-degree feedback software development project and thereby increasing their productivity. For that purpose, the use of a wiki system as a collaborative knowledge management environment is proposed and implemented. As for the scientific background, existing scientific sources and approaches on externalizing tacit knowledge, as well as case studies and empirical studies on the topics mentioned are utilized. |
| Zusammenfassung | Das Management vom expliziten und impliziten Wissen und dessen Transfer innerhalb von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten stellen heute immer noch eine grosse Herausforderung für das Projektmanagement dar. Es ist deshalb von hoher Bedeutung, dieses Wissen in geeigneter Form zu speichern und darzustellen, so dass in zukünftigen Projekten schneller und effizienter darauf zugegriffen werden kann. Das Hauptziel der vorliegenden Arbeit im erwähnten Zusammenhang ist es, die wissensbezogene Arbeitsprozesse zukünftiger Mitwirkende am 360°-Feedback Softwareentwicklungs-Projekt zu verbessern und zu beschleunigen und dadurch ihre Produktivität zu steigern. Zu diesem Zweck wird der Einsatz eines Wiki-Systems als kollaborative Wissensmanagementumgebung vorgeschlagen und realisiert. Als wissenschaftlicher Hintergrund werden vorhandene wissenschaftliche Quellen und Ansätze zur Veräusserung von implizitem Wissen, sowie Fallstudien und empirische Untersuchungen zu den erwähnten Themengebieten genutzt. |
