| Abstract Text | At the Department of Informatics at the University of Zurich, the research area Man - Informatics - Organization (MIO) investigates the management of ICT-projects within the scope of the MIO-approach and deals with them as social systems. The MIO-approach is extending the classic project management in the way that it explicitly takes into account the management of project team and stakeholders of the project environment. In this context, the present work examined the importance of the operational initial situation of employees, informatics and organization for the successful realization of innovative projects in the public administration. This work was based on a literature review of innovative projects and administrative science. Relevant literature regarding practicability was prioritized and its findings were used to carry out a resource check. | Zusammenfassung | Der Schwerpunkt mensch - informatik - organisation (MIO) am Institut fu?r Informatik der Universität Zu?rich untersucht im Rahmen des MIO-Ansatzes die Fu?hrung von ICT-Projekten und behandelt diese als soziale Systeme. Der MIO-Ansatz erweitert das klassische Projektmanagement, indem er explizit auf die Fu?hrung des Projektteams und der Anspruchsgruppen in der Projektumwelt eingeht. Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht in diesem Zusammenhang die Bedeutung der betrieblichen Ausgangssituation von Mitarbeitern, Informatik und Organisation fu?r den Erfolg innovativer Projekte in der öffentlichen Verwaltung. Zunächst erfolgt eine Analyse der Literatur zu innovativen Projekten und Verwaltungswissenschaften. Die daraus gewonnenen Erkenntnisse fliessen nach einer Priorisierung bezu?glich praktischer Anwendbarkeit in den Ressourcencheck ein. Dieser stellt eine ressourcenorientierte Situationsanalyse der betrieblichen Ausgangssituation während der Projektplanung dar. Seite |
