| Abstract Text | Nowadays our global economy is influenced by dynamic changes and a strong pressure of beeing innovative. As companies have to deal with complex transformations shortly they try to realize these changes in integrated Business and IT-Projects. Unfortunately a lot of those projects still don’t conclude successfully. An increasing intensiveness of knowledge within products and services even doesn’t make the situation more comfortable. This diploma thesis deals with knowledge as a social success factor in the leadership of complex IT-Projects and considers an IT-Project as an artefact of the organisational knowledge management. A generic concept to deal with knowledge within IT-Projects is developed comprising the required knowledge intensive aktivities. With regard to a knowledge based leadership these activities are also integrated into the phases of the social project leadership according to the MIO apporach. On top of that concrete design recommendations and methods to cope with knowledge within the leadership of IT-Projects are proposed. Some of those are also implemented in the project mioBook carried out at the Schwerpunkt MIO at the Department of Informatics at the University of Zurich. |
| Zusammenfassung | Die globale Wirtschaft ist heutzutage von einer Schnelllebigkeit und einem starken Innovationsdruck geprägt. Unternehmen mu?ssen sich in kurzer Zeit komplexen Wandlungen unterziehen, welche sie in integrierten Business und IT-Projekten versuchen zu realisieren. Leider werden immer noch viele dieser Projekte nicht zufrieden stellend abgeschlossen und die Situation verschärft sich durch eine zunehmende Wissensintensität von Produkten und Dienstleistungen zusätzlich. Die vorliegende Diplomarbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem sozialen Erfolgsfaktor Wissen bei der Fu?hrung von komplexen IT-Projekten und betrachtet ein IT-Projekt als ein Artefakt des organisationalen Wissensmanagements. Es wird ein Konzept zum Umgang mit Wissen in IT-Projekten entwickelt und dabei auf die erforderlichen wissensintensiven Aktivitäten hingewiesen. Im Hinblick auf ein Modell zur wissensorientierten Fu?hrung findet eine Integration der Aktivitäten in die Phasen der sozialen Projektfu?hrung nach MIO statt. Darauf aufbauend werden konkrete Gestaltungsempfehlungen und Methoden zum Umgang mit Wissen bei der Fu?hrung von IT-Projekten vorgeschlagen. Einige dieser Empfehlungen werden in dem am Schwerpunkt MIO am Institut fu?r Informatik der Universität Zu?rich durchgefu?hrten Projektes mioBook als begleitende Massnahmen implementiert. |
