Abstract Text	The PUA-Tool is a computer program to support the analysis of a project environment, implemented by the MIO group at the University of Zurich. The PUA-Tool with the version number 2.0 has been tested in productive environment and is market-ready. The MIO group is interested to release the software under an open source license. This thesis describes a suitable concept for the introduction of the software on the market. The work further depicts the process of planning and implementing the steps of the concept. Finally, the results of this process are presented. These are, besides others, the implementation of a further module of the test framework, the release of the PUA-Tool under the GNU GPL License, a project-homepage and an enhanced version 2.1.
Zusammenfassung	Das PUA-Tool ist ein von der MIO Gruppe an der Universität Zürich implementiertes Computerprogramm zum Analysieren von Projektumfeldern. Das PUA-Tool mit der Versionsnummer 2.0 wurde getestet und ist bereits im produktiven Umfeld zum Einsatz gekommen. Die Gruppe MIO möchte das PUA-Tool unter einer Open Source Lizenz freigeben und am Markt einführen. Für die Markteinführung muss in einem ersten Schritt ein geeignetes Konzept, mit Fokus auf Open Source Software, gefunden werden. In einem zweiten Schritt müssen die Massnahmen für die Markteinführung geplant werden um sie in einem dritten Schritt umsetzen zu können. Die Resultate aus diesem Prozess sind unter anderem die Implementation eines weiteren Moduls des Testframeworks, die Freigabe des PUA-Tools unter der GNU GPL Lizenz, eine Projekt-Homepage und ein erweitertes PUA-Tool mit der Version 2.1. In dieser Arbeit werden die Ergebnisse des Prozesses dokumentiert.
